Last Saturday I took a Annie Sloan painting class. Before I got there I stopped at a yard sale and bought this mirror for $1.00 yes $1.00 no mistake. The lady teaching the class said I could paint it and so I did. Without wiping off the nasty thing I painted it once with Duck Egg Blue and put a wax on it and I love it!!! I bought 3 quarts and a small container of paint along with a brush. It better paint really really good for $44.00 for a brush. Anyway I can't wait until you see what I'm doing next. Will post pictures soon.

This turned out great! I am so excited to hear all about your class and see pictures of what you paint. I've bought several thrift store items to paint. Have yet to paint a single piece.
