These are my great finds on Wednesday and I didn't spend much money:  More to come on my yardsale buys.

Just made these Minnie Mouse table center pieces for a lady who bought the yellow outfit for her little girl's birthday. I think I'll go back and cut the ribbon a little more.  $12.00 each if anyone is interested:) Starting to pack my stuff to move to the beach for the summer so I might not be back on for 2 days. I have to get my sewing stuff together as most of my clothes and other items stay there so I don't have to pack everything.  I bought some new white bookcases and shoecase to stack and make room for my sewing stuff.  I'm taking my new sewing machine too as yes it's still in the box. When back to Hobby Lobby yesterday got 16 more patterns for $16.00 instead of $263.84. I love it as I just wanted 1 thing on some patterns.

Yes I did bring this new toy home with me:) I fell in love with this Shabby Chic storage chest with 20 drawers at our new Hobby Lobby.  I'm going to put my ribbons and lace along with some folded fat quarters in it.  My daughters boyfriend gave me a gift card for Christmas and the teacher I work with gave me a gift card today so I went by this evening and bought it. Yeah for me I love it!!  Sometimes you just have to buy yourself a end of the school year gift right??? RIGHT!!  Now where to put it is the biggest question my room is full but I'll find a place if something else has to go. My sewing will have to wait.

Yesterday I took a American Star Quilting class along with a great friend of mine.  We always have a blast when we are together and we do a lot of cutting up in more ways than one.  I decided to make my quilt out of Christmas material because I really wasn't too sure I would like it to be honest.  Well I LOVE it and it only took 4 1/2 hours to get this much completed.  Well along with having to seam rip a few seams as I have a problem with things not matching maybe a little OCD??? not sure!!  Now my head is spinning as I'm wanting to make one with cars for boys, girly items of course for girls, and dogs for my grown children. I think this would be a great quilt to do for a memorial quilt of someones love ones clothes items. I've had several people to ask me to make other items for passed loved ones like bears and owls.  I think I'll start with my own Mother's things, one for sure is a hankie then I can hang it up as wall art.
