Well this is what I've been working on for the past several weeks. I'm going to do my first craft show this coming weekend. I don't know what will sell or if anything will but I'm going to see:) At least I'll know how to set up everything and to see what else I need to display my items. The diaper cake was something I've been wanting to try and make and for my first time I'm ok with the way it turned out. I'm not quite sure how to price my items yet except for the Tooth Fairy Pillows that I usually sell for $5.00. Any suggestions on pricing any of it?????
I love to sew just about anything. I also do lots of crafts and painting shabby chic. Sewing is something I've been since I was 11 years old. I made my first quilt top out of neon cotton material back in the 60's and now my daughter is the proud owner of the quilt. I make I Spy Quilts, I Spy Bags, Tooth Fairy Pillows, girls clothing, crayon aprons, pin cushions, just about anything. Sewing just gives me peace of mind and puts me in a comfort mode.

I've been making a few candy dishes that I saw on Pinterest and fell in love with them. They are the taller ones. The others are made from candle holders and antique pie plates to put cake slices or other desserts at supper on. These are so pretty on the table and just add a little more interest. The ones I chose where of old fine china. I love the conversations these bring on:)

I've been busy tonight making pacifier holders that have a string of beads and clip to hold the Pacifier on to clothing. I finished about 8 of them and have about 10 ready for the bead work. I need to run to Hobby Lobby tomorrow to pick up a few more items to complete the others. I only have two weeks for the craft show and have several more things to make. Trying to do 1 thing a night but looks like it's going to take 2 nights for these.

The top house is the most expensive house in Charleston SC at $11 million dollars. The picture on the bottom is one of the oldest Churches in Charleston and it's a little spooky the way the light hit it in this picture. We took a horse and carriage tour and it was wonderful. I really enjoyed my trip and as soon as I got home GIRLS I started sewing:) and crafting and I will share later!!

Thank you for your prayers for Dad. He has started his treatments and hope it works. Now for the fun part I took him to Boone to the mountains last weekend and we are now in Charleston S.C.: I think I will take him to wedding next weekend at the beach. He has treatments 5 days a week so the weekends are ours to do whatever he wants. He's talking about going to see Elvis place next. While he can still see shadows I'll take him until it's just not safe.
